My name is Ralph Levi Navarro Jr., and I’m someone who believes in growth, discipline, and purpose — both professionally and personally. My journey has taken me from serving in the U.S. Army during two deployments to Iraq, to earning my degree in cybersecurity, to continuing to build a future centered around technology, analytics, leadership, and helping others.
I graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity, along with an Associate degree in Business Administration from San Bernardino Valley College. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong interest in IT, data analytics, systems, problem-solving, and finding ways technology can improve everyday operations and people’s lives.
My military experience helped shape who I am today by teaching me leadership, accountability, teamwork, resilience, and how to remain calm under pressure. Those lessons continue to influence the way I approach both work and life.
I also believe strongly in giving back to the community whenever possible. Through volunteer work with Goodwill Southern California career resource programs, I’ve had the opportunity to help individuals with technology, resumes, job searching, and professional development. Being able to support people during important moments in their lives has been meaningful to me and reminds me that technology is ultimately about helping people.
Along the way, I completed the Boots to Business entrepreneurship program, which expanded my understanding of business, leadership, and long-term vision.
Outside of work, I stay focused on physical, spiritual, and personal growth. I value discipline, faith, health, family, and maintaining balance in life. I believe growth should happen in every area of life — mentally, physically, spiritually, and professionally — and I try to carry that mindset into everything I do.
Today, I’m continuing to grow within the IT and data analytics space while looking for opportunities where I can bring strong character, leadership, technical knowledge, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
